Our basic shapes are designed with hats in mind. The maximum height limitation for most hats is 2.50 inches high, the width being proportional.
You can opt to choose a custom shape with your design. There is a fee for making custom shapes and it may also effect the patch price depending on how big or small it is.
Our minimum order per patch is 6 pieces due to the amount of setup per piece, each piece with a standard shape and standard colors start at $8.00 each for Premium colors add a $1.00 per piece.

We sell custom swatches with your logo on them for each color to showcase the color combinations that your customers can choose from.

We also sell various types of hats including the following brands, Generic brands like AJM, ATC, Flexfit, but also can source premium brands like New Era, Richardson, Nike.
Please send your design as 300dpi file as a PNG, PDF or SVG file, with all text converted to curves, so it comes up on our system correctly. All PNG should have a transparent background. Laser quality is depended on your image,
We will send you a mockup of the design you send on the shape of patch you have chosen, you will need to confirm that you have approved the artwork. Failing to do will idle the job.
Prior to us proceeding with your job you will need to send an e-transfer of the full amount to our email address. Once we receive the payment we will put your order into que to be completed
